INFORMATION ABOUT THESE TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE
These are the terms and conditions of sale (the "Terms of Sale") that apply to the purchase of goods purchased through the website at seventyandmore.com (the "Site"). The Site and the goods provided through it are provided by Seventyandmore.com and its subsidiaries and affiliates (collectively, "Seventyandmore" "We" or "Us"), as the owners of seventyandmore.com (the "Website"). Seventyandmore, a company incorporated in Italy, VAT number 11654660965, registration number in the Milan Companies Register, REA Milan no. 2617825, with registered office at Via Zucchi 19, 20095, Cusano Milanino, Milan, Italy, telephone number +39 3333596268 (hereinafter “we”, “us” and “our”). When we refer to "you" and "your" we mean you, the user of the Site and purchaser of goods.
In addition to these Terms of Sale, other important legal terms are set forth in our Terms of Use, Return Policy, Warranty Policy, and Privacy Policy (“Additional Policies”). By agreeing to these Terms of Sale, you also agree to the Additional Policies, all of which form part of the legally binding contract between us and you. You should read these Terms of Sale and the Additional Policies carefully before purchasing anything from the Site.
We reserve the right to change the Terms of Sale and Additional Policies at any time. Any changes to the Terms of Sale or Additional Policies will be effective for all new orders placed after the change is posted on the Site. You should check the Terms of Sale and Additional Policies posted on the Site before each order: they may have changed since your last visit.

PART A – INFORMATION ABOUT THE SITE AND THE MERCHANDISE
This PART A provides some important information about the Site and the goods offered for sale on the Site.
INFORMATION PROVIDED ON THE SITE
We try to ensure that all information on the Site, including our product descriptions and prices, is always accurate and correct. However, errors do happen. We will try to resolve any errors in information on the Site as soon as reasonably possible and if we believe that such an error has affected your order, we will make reasonable efforts to notify you via the contact information you have provided to us on your account or during your order.
Buying goods on the Internet offers a different shopping experience than buying in a store. In particular, you should be aware that:
- the colours of the goods as shown on the Site will depend on many factors, including your display settings;
- the actual size and shape of the goods may differ from how they appear on your screen. Please note that relevant technical information is provided for each item for sale on the Site;
- The images and pictures on the Site are for illustration purposes only. For an accurate description of any item and details of what is included with the item, please refer to the corresponding written description;
- All products are subject to availability and we may not be able to supply your order. We reserve the right to withdraw any goods from sale at any time;
- We will do our best to arrange delivery of your goods within a reasonable time of your order and the date of dispatch as set out in your dispatch confirmation email, in line with applicable law and these terms and conditions, but please note that all tracking information is provided to us by our delivery service provider and is delivery estimates only. Actual delivery dates may vary. Further delivery details may be available on our delivery service provider's tracking website. Please see PART B below for further delivery information;
- not all goods and promotions offered on the Site will be available in store and vice versa. We reserve the right to change prices, goods and special offers at our discretion on this website. Any such changes will not affect orders that have been finalized by you, even before our www.
- We will do our best to check the Site for viruses, but we do not guarantee that the Site is free of viruses or other harmful content. For your benefit, you should ensure that you have appropriate software and systems in place to check the Internet for viruses and other harmful content.
AVAILABILITY
We have the right at any time to modify or discontinue the provision of the Site and to stop selling any or all goods through it, temporarily or permanently and with or without notice. We will not be liable to you for any modification, suspension or discontinuance of the availability of the Site.
SAFETY
It is your responsibility to ensure that all login or password details and all other details in relation to your account remain confidential at all times. You agree to let us know as soon as possible if you know or reasonably suspect that the security of your account is at risk.
PART B – PURCHASE OF GOODS
This PART B sets out the terms that apply to your purchase of goods from the Site.
Place your order
- Once you have selected the goods you require, you will be asked to register your personal details with us by completing a registration form. Registration is not required; however we encourage registration in order to facilitate the checkout process when ordering in the future on the Site. You always have the option to complete your order as a "guest" without registering on the Site. You will also be asked to provide details of your debit or credit card to enable us to take payment following our acceptance of your order. We use a third party card authorisation service to check that your details are correct and to administer payment on our behalf, your personal details, including your credit card details, will be passed to such third parties and you specifically consent to the transfer of your details for these purposes. When you place an order for goods via the Site, your order constitutes an offer to purchase goods from us which will become binding upon our acceptance as detailed below. If you order more than one item, your order will comprise a series of offers for each item individually. In cases where we find a lack of accuracy in our verification of your credit or debit data, the purchasing process may be delayed, suspended or interrupted.
- After placing an order with us, you will be taken to an order confirmation web page and will receive an order confirmation email (together the "Order Confirmation"). The Order Confirmations set out the final details of the order you have submitted to the Site. Please take care when placing your order. You will be able to add or change your order after we have sent the Order Confirmations for one hour after you have placed your order by amending it online or, if later, by contacting our Customer Service team at info.seventyandmore@gmail.com. If you wish to add or change your order more than one hour after placing your order but before the Dispatch Confirmation described below is issued, you cannot amend it online and must contact our Customer Service team using the details above.
- Order Confirmations contain details of the goods ordered, the total cost of the order including delivery and an order number. Once your order has been dispatched, we will send you a dispatch confirmation email and the relevant invoice will be made available to you on the Site in the Order History section. The invoice email is the VAT receipt for your goods. You should print a copy of the invoice email together with a copy of these Terms of Sale and Additional Policies and keep them safe. You will need to refer to these details when you contact us about your order.
Order acceptance
- All orders are subject to acceptance by us. We will confirm acceptance by sending you an email confirming that all or part of the goods ordered by you have been dispatched (the "Dispatch Confirmation"). The contract between you and us, which will incorporate these Terms of Sale, will only be formed when we send you the Dispatch Confirmation. The contract will relate only to those goods whose dispatch we have confirmed in the Dispatch Confirmation. We will not be obliged to supply any other goods which may have been part of your order until the dispatch of those goods has been confirmed in a separate Dispatch Confirmation.
- Whilst we hope to be able to supply all goods ordered, we reserve the right, at our sole discretion and without giving reasons, not to accept any offer at any time before the relevant goods have been dispatched. If we have to refuse your order, we will inform you as soon as reasonably practicable.
Payment
- We will take payment from your credit or debit card when your order is dispatched. You will receive an email or regular mail detailing the items dispatched from your order and the cost of shipping those items (the "Email"). If your order is split into multiple shipments, we will only charge you for the items actually dispatched at that time. The Email will contain information only about the items actually dispatched at that time, a summary of these terms and conditions, information about the item purchased, your right of withdrawal, payment methods and applicable taxes, and any information required by law. We will contact you if we have any problems making payment from the card details provided during the ordering process.
- All prices listed on the Site are inclusive of VAT and other applicable taxes. We do not charge you any fees for delivering items to your shipping address.
- Unless otherwise stated in these Terms of Sale, the price payable by you for the goods is the price indicated on the Site at the time you place your order.
Pricing errors
- Whilst we try to ensure that all prices on the Site are accurate, errors may occur. If, prior to our acceptance, we discover an error in the price of any goods you have ordered, we will inform you as soon as reasonably possible. You will then be given the option of reconfirming your order at the correct price or cancelling your order.
- If we are unable to contact you using the contact details provided during the order process, we will treat the order as cancelled and notify you by email. .
Delivery
- Order confirmations will include general information about your order and will include a delivery date for your goods. We will then send you a separate shipping confirmation email. The shipping confirmation email will include a tracking number that you can use to track your order on our delivery service provider's website and confirm the delivery date.
- Delivery will take place at the delivery address you specified during the order process.
- Seventyandmore.com offers Free Shipping on all orders over Euro 150.00 and on all orders in Italy. We estimate that Orders can be delivered in approximately 3 working days from the day we send our Shipping Confirmation (hereinafter, "Shipping Day"). All shipments are fully insured. Air shipping to PO boxes is not possible. Paragraph to be revised.
- In the shipping confirmation we will confirm the courier details and tracking number as soon as your order is shipped. You can track the delivery status of your order at any time via the My Account page on seventyandmore.com.

- Once the goods have been delivered to you and you have taken physical possession of the goods, you become the owner of those goods and from that moment they will be at your risk.
- Upon delivery you will be asked to check the condition of the packaging and whether the correct number of packages have been delivered. Missing items will be re-ordered and damaged/incorrect items will be returned and, subject to these Terms of Sale, replaced and delivered free of charge. You must notify us of any damaged, missing and/or incorrect goods in accordance with the Warranty Policy in Part D of these Terms of Sale.
PART C – CANCELLATION OF THE ORDER AND RETURN OF GOODS
- Faulty Goods . If you believe that the goods which have been delivered to you are misdescribed, or damaged or faulty and we cannot remedy the fault to your reasonable satisfaction, these goods may be returned to you without prejudice to any other rights you may have at law. Please read our returns policy for further information on returning goods.
PART D – GENERAL CONDITIONS ON OUR RELATIONSHIP WITH YOU
- Warranty . Details of your warranty rights in relation to each type of product are set out in our Warranty Policy. These warranties are in addition to and do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.
- Events beyond our reasonable control . We will not be liable for any delay or failure to comply with these Terms of Sale or Additional Policies if the delay or failure arises from any event that is unforeseeable, irresistible and beyond our reasonable control.
- Waiver . Any delay in exercising or failure to exercise any right or remedy under these Terms of Sale shall not constitute a waiver of our rights and remedies under these Terms of Sale.
- Invalidity . In the event that any term or terms set out in these Terms of Sale or the Additional Policies are held by a competent authority to be invalid, the remaining terms of the Terms of Sale and the Additional Policies will continue to have effect and you will still be bound by them.
- Privacy . Personal information, such as contact details, that you provide to us during the ordering process will be stored and used by us in accordance with our Privacy Policy.
- Online dispute resolution . If you have a problem with us regarding a product purchased on seventyandmore.com, you can resolve the dispute out of court via an online platform available in all languages of the EU Member States, at http://ec.europa.eu/odr . - Governing Law . This Agreement is governed by and shall be construed in accordance with Italian law without prejudice to your statutory rights which cannot otherwise be excluded.
