Refund policy
If you are not satisfied with the goods received, you can send them back to us. You will be refunded as provided by current legislation. The law (Legislative Decree 206/2005) which adds a deadline to exercise the right of withdrawal quantified in 14 days from receipt of the goods . Taking advantage of this guarantee is simple, just follow the procedure below:
- Please send us an email within 14 days of receiving the goods.
- The products must be returned intact, inserted in their original packaging complete in all its parts and with adequate external packaging carefully sealed .
- Shipping costs for returns are the responsibility of the customer .

Please note that products sent to our warehouse after the deadlines and without the above requirements cannot be refunded.
Right of withdrawal:
To exercise the right of withdrawal you will also have to choose between one of the following options:
- Product Replacement
- refund of the money (indicate the details of a bank or postal account (CIN Code, ABI Code, CAB Code, Account Number, Account Holder; the refund concerns the price of the product and the initial shipping costs and will be made within 14 days of receipt of the returned goods. The only costs borne by the customer are those relating to the return of the goods)
- Once the goods arrive at the warehouse, they will be examined to assess any damage or tampering not resulting from transport.

The right of withdrawal lapses entirely if the returned product is not intact, or if:
1. the product is used, worn and damaged
2. lack of original packaging
3. damage to the product due to causes other than transport.
4. SEVENTYANDMORE is not responsible in any way for damage or theft/loss of goods returned with uninsured shipments.
